Anm\u00e4lningsavgiften \u00e4r 20 kr eller mer per bana och betalas via knappen nedan till v\u00e5r insamling p\u00e5 Barncancerfondens hemsida. Deltagare av hela cupen betalar allts\u00e5 minst 100 kr. Alla pengar g\u00e5r oavkortat till Barncancerfonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priser delas ut till de b\u00e4sta manliga och kvinnliga l\u00f6parna efter cupens slut. Det blir \u00e4ven fina utlottningspriser. Starta g\u00e4rna klockan\/telefonen\/aktivitetsarmbandet lite innan segmentet s\u00e5 du har bra GPS-signal. Har du en avancerad klocka s\u00e5 kan du ladda in GPX-filen i klockan och f\u00f6lja karta medan du springer, men det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra utan det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topplistorna som ses nedan \u00e4r Stravas b\u00e4sta-n\u00e5gonsin-listor. F\u00f6r t\u00e4vlingen g\u00e4ller bara resultat sprungna 10 april&#8211;30 juni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#SCC1 &#8212; Djurg\u00e5rden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Start vid Nordiska museet p\u00e5 Djurg\u00e5rdsv\u00e4gen (bild 1). Djurg\u00e5rden runt moturs (8,5 km). V\u00e4ldigt flack bana p\u00e5 asfalt och grusv\u00e4g. Banan b\u00f6rjar som ni ser p\u00e5 bilden nedanf\u00f6r Karl IX Gustavs ryttarstaty utanf\u00f6r Nordiska museet. Spring p\u00e5 trottoaren p\u00e5 Djurg\u00e5rdsv\u00e4gens h\u00f6gra sida bort f\u00f6rbi Gr\u00f6nan. Vid Ryssviksv\u00e4gen tar ni h\u00f6ger in p\u00e5 den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strax innan 2 km kommer ni fram till Waldemarsudde. Ni skall inte ut p\u00e5 udden utan springer rakt fram p\u00e5 Prins Eugens V\u00e4g (stor skylt P Waldemarsudde). F\u00f6lj denna v\u00e4g upp till en bom. Ta v\u00e4nster ut p\u00e5 g\u00e5ngv\u00e4gen. F\u00f6lj g\u00e5ngv\u00e4gen ner till Biskopsv\u00e4gen och \u00f6ver den ner till vattnet. Nu har ni sprungit n\u00e4stan 3 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid 4 km finns en liten udde (Frihetens port) denna ska ni inte ut p\u00e5. Fint kuperat milsp\u00e5r ca 10 km markerat gr\u00f6nt f\u00f6rsta 6 km och sen gult in i m\u00e5l. F\u00f6r att komma till starten, g\u00e5 under v\u00e4gen mot tennisbanorna. N\u00e4r ni kommit genom tunneln ser ni en sp\u00e5rkarta. H\u00e4r \u00e4r start och m\u00e5lg\u00e5ng (bild).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter start rundar ni tennisbanorna p\u00e5 v\u00e4nster sida in i skogen. Efter ca 2 km springer ni under \u00c4ltav\u00e4gen. Efter det tar ni h\u00f6ger f\u00f6rbi bommen. Sen \u00e4r banan bra markerad tills ni kommer tillbaka till samma tunnel, som ni springer genom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notera dock att ni ska ta v\u00e4nster efter cirka 3,7 km f\u00f6r att springa vidare p\u00e5 10-km-sp\u00e5ret och inte komma in p\u00e5 12-km-sp\u00e5ret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forts\u00e4tt ca 150 meter upp till en stigkorsning. Ta v\u00e4nster h\u00e4r och f\u00f6lj gula femman in i m\u00e5l. Denna del \u00e4r sporadiskt m\u00e4rkt med gr\u00f6na prickar. Stavar \u00e4r till\u00e5tna. OBSERVERA att slingan byter h\u00e5ll efter 5 varv f\u00f6r att variera lutning lite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starta vid nedersta liftstolpen (bild 1) f\u00f6lj liften upp till toppen. Ta v\u00e4nster, spring ytterkant ner till botten. Spring bort till liftstolpen, runda den och upp igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter fem v\u00e4ndor rundar du liftstolpen och springer andra h\u00e5llet i fem v\u00e4ndor till.
